Musical Director and Teacher of Singing in Musical Theatre We are seeking: A passionate and versatile individual to teach singing and musical theatre across both KS4 and Post-16 pathways. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality group singing classes, contribute to our theoretical curriculum, and play a key role in musical direction for full-scale productions. In addition to teaching responsibilities, you will serve as a Post-16 pastoral tutor, guiding students in both their academic and personal development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Significant experience in musical direction and teaching singing within a vocational musical theatre setting; A strong understanding of musical theatre repertoire and vocal pedagogy; Excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills; A degree in musical theatre or equivalent professional experience; Qualified Teacher Status (desirable – the School is supportive of those working towards QTS); Experience working with young people in an educational or training context.
