Responsibilities By proactively collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysisBuild statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processesForecast game\’s performance and collaborate with the game team in order to refine said forecast, overseeing its feasibility, accuracy and correct reportingEstimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activitiesLook into various aspects of user behaviour, e.g. churn, conversion, LTVWork with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting/reactivation campaignsConsult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games, fostering collaborative culture

Requirements A proven track record of Game Analytics working on free to play gamesYour analysis has led to tangible and quantifiable improvements in the games you worked onExperience with AB testing and data-driven decision makingProficiency with SQl, Python & ExcelExcellent visualization, presentation and communication skillsYou are a fast learner and are happy to work in an agile and fast-paced environment

Bonus Points Experience with statistical and ML model creation and deploymentExperience in regular game performance forecasting for FP&A purposesExperience/exposure to marketing & Performance marketing analyticsExperience in using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau or Looker
