Opticore IT is a specialist Network Engineer and Project Management consultancy offering opportunities in fast-paced environments across sectors including Finance, Broadcast Media, Telecommunications, and more. We are currently seeking a Network Security Engineer for our client on medium to large-scale projects involving Prisma SDWAN and Prisma Access. The role is hybrid, requiring occasional visits to the client site, possibly once a week. This is a 6-month contract inside IR35, likely to be extended.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with our client, a leader in security, on SDWAN projects.
- Collaborating directly with clients to meet their goals and clarify their needs.
- Engaging during discovery, design, implementation, and handover phases.
- Addressing various technical issues, from product to internal network problems.
- Becoming an SME on the product set and main contact for project lifecycle communication.
- Assisting with hardware sizing for customers.
Requirements:
