An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HRIS recruitment consultant to join an industry-leading recruitment organization.
About the RoleThe Recruitment Consultant will lead the development of the team, aiming to double headcount and billings to approximately £1.5m in the coming years. This is a management role, though candidates without management experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Lead team development and integration of new joiners.
Fill roles and perform business development activities.
Leverage experience in HRIS recruitment across Central Europe, with skills in Workday, SAP, M365, etc.
Candidate ProfileSuccessful candidates will have HRIS recruitment experience, with or without management background.
