🎨 Junior Designer – London – £28,000–£35,000

I’m working with one of London’s most exciting creative studios, and they’re now on the lookout for a Junior Designer who’s brimming with potential and a killer portfolio to match. If you’re passionate about design, bursting with ideas, and hungry to work on standout creative for global brands, this could be your next big move.

🔥 The Studio:

Based in London with a hybrid set-up (4 days on-site), this creatively-led studio partners with some of the biggest and boldest names in the game – Adidas, Nike, and more. With a fast-paced, collaborative team, this place is known for its energy, ambition, and supportive culture that champions personal growth and big thinking. Expect 26 days off (plus bank holidays), loads of socials, and an environment where your creativity won’t go unnoticed.

🚀 The Role:

As Junior Designer, you’ll be supporting senior creatives on a wide range of projects—from digital campaigns and motion graphics to branding, product launches and more. You’ll contribute to concepting, design development, and production, bringing fresh ideas and sharp visuals to the table.

🎯 Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the design and motion teams to develop visuals across digital, social, and branding projects
  • Assisting in the creation of digital and motion assets, storyboards, and visual decks
  • Helping with everything from moodboards to final delivery
  • Taking feedback onboard and constantly evolving your skills
  • Staying on top of design trends and pushing creative boundaries

💼 What you’ll need:

  • A standout portfolio showcasing original, creative work
  • A Design related degree – bonus points for grads from UAL or equivalent
  • A good eye for detail and an understanding of layout, colour, and type
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Any D&AD New Blood awards or equivalent achievements? Massive bonus!
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and hunger to learn
