As our first dedicated social media hire, you\’ll have the opportunity to build and shape our social media and paid advertising function from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Strategy
  • Develop and execute data-driven paid social and search campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimise performance through detailed analytics

Content & Community

  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad content
  • Drive meaningful community engagement and manage client relationships
  • Develop and optimise ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, including ROI, engagement rates, and conversion data
  • Provide actionable insights and clear reporting to stakeholders
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance data

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Strong track record of achieving measurable campaign results
