The role will comprise of administrative and project responsibilities which will give a broad range of experience and opportunity to make a real difference. Job duties: Log accident, near miss, and employee and senior leadership observations Assist the HSSE Manager in carrying out risk assessments for both sites and keep the system up to date Take minutes of the HSSE Monthly Steering Meetings Undertake COSHH assessments following full training Carry out internal audits as part of the team approach with specific responsibility for First Aid rooms Support the Supervisors with workplace inspections and maintain the tracker and log actions onto the H&S system Assist with creating site Health & Safety Plans in line with the business objectives and targets Help develop a training matrix and training needs analysis and work with Supervisors to ensure the effective implementation Assist the HR department in reviewing & revising the induction process and in delivering induction training Qualifications: Previous experience working in a similar HSE or training role Experience using databases Experience delivering basic training Basic understanding of corporate sustainability #J-18808-Ljbffr
