Our client is an excellent, Retail focused SME Planning Consultancy, based in Central London. They are looking for a Senior or Associate Town Planner (5 years+ experience) to work primarily on Retail and Commercial led schemes across the UK.

With an incredibly experienced line up of Directors overseeing all work produced, our client is responsible for delivering Planning advice across the market in their specialist field.
WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Senior Planner or Associate with experience working on Retail-led schemes. Experience undertaking sequential assessments and retail impact assessments. If you have experience leading meetings, excellent verbal and written skills and a background (preferred but not essential) in the private sector, we would be keen to speak to you.
