The Role: With continued growth specifically throughout the EMEA region, our client now seeks a strong EMEA Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities and selling quality RF Test & Measurement products for Telecommunications (with a focus to TETRA, Public safety and Emergency Services), Semi-Conductor, Military & Government, Transportation, Airport, Airline and Utilities arenas throughout the EMEA region. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets and growing RF Test & Measurement revenue across the Land Mobile Radio & Critical Communications (including rail and Aviation), Cellular & Wireless, Broadcasting, Medical, Electronic Warfare, Semiconductor and other related industries, while building strong client relationships yielding commercial decisions in favour of client versus our clients competition. The ideal candidate will possess broad technical understanding of RF and Microwave Test & Measurement technologies . Ideally, you will have come from either an RF Test & Measurement or Radio/Mission-critical communications or strong major RF technologybackground. The candidate must have strong sales leadership qualities and be ready to work collaboratively and openly with global colleagues & teams. An ability to hold their own when discussing our clients portfolio together with the customers needs and requirements. Also, must possess the ability to communicate proposals and opportunities up the chain of Executive management for support and alignment. The candidate must also have a very positive overall outlook and with a driving high-achievement orientation. He/she must have a bias towards action and require minimal supervision. We are looking for a senior sales leader with a customer first attitude and mentality. Performs all job function in accordance with established company processes and procedures and in compliance with safety policies. Responsibilities: In collaboration with our clients senior leadership and various solutions, financial, delivery and managerial colleagues; the candidate must identify, develop and close strategic business opportunities to achieve significant sales objectives and market growth goals while always maintaining effective cost control practices and prudency. Candidate will achieve sales goals by collaborating with all internal teams, building pipelines within designated accounts in addition to prospecting and finding new opportunities. With broad-based RF Test & Measurement knowledge, the candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to build a new business pipeline while maintaining and improving the yield of relationships within existing customers. Deliver sales quota achievement aligned with forecasts, while also providing recommendations to drive the business forward. When needed design channel activities; maintain and nurture strategic partnerships and execute joint selling initiatives. Perform all administrative tasks in timely and professional manner. Work across our clients product groups to identify, recommend and implement improvements to improve client satisfaction levels and support of the overall relationship client and management processes with clients. Willingness to travel (extensively at times) Perform other sales or related duties as the needs arise. Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in sales/business development roles Strong industry vertical expertise and knowledge. Must come from one of the following backgrounds: RF Test & Measurement or Mission Critical Communications or strong/major RF Technologies. You must have a recent track record of selling from the aforementioned sectors into Land Mobile Radio & Critical Communications (including rail and Aviation), Cellular & Wireless, Broadcasting, Medical, Electronic Warfare, Semiconductor. Travelling extensively throughout EMEA is required (Approx. 50%). Some experience with industry standards bodies/organizations would be plus. In depth abilities to build, develop and execute partner relationships and strategies. High aptitude of mentoring for performance and leading by example. Strong technical skills, including CRM software utilization, and knowledge of MS products.
