The Role: What You\’ll Be Doing
Drive business growth by proactively generating leads and converting them into long-term employer partnerships.
Promote our range of Modern Apprenticeships and Pre-Employment Training programmes to employers across diverse sectors.
Exceed performance targets — your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
Represent Direct Partners at industry events, employer forums, and networking sessions .
Build and maintain relationships to support talent pipelines and workforce development strategies.
Work with internal teams to match candidates to employer needs quickly and effectively.
Lead on outreach via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits with professionalism and enthusiasm.
About You: What We\’re Looking For
2 years+ in B2B sales — experience in training, recruitment, or education is a plus .
Energetic, persuasive and comfortable owning targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communicator, especially over the phone — with natural rapport-building skills .
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking .
Self-motivated and organised — can work independently but thrives in a team .
Passionate about creating opportunities for people and businesses .
Holds a full UK driving licence and happy to travel to client sites and events.
