Your new company Hays is exclusively recruiting for an FMCG business that is at a pivotal point in their journey, now focused on significant growth in the coming years. They offer a diverse range of products sold B2B, D2C, and via online marketplaces, and are looking to commence stocking into major retailers. Your new role As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, trial, and conversion across the product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will join the senior leadership team. You will lead innovative marketing campaigns, manage all aspects of branding, and drive New Product Development (NPD). This role offers the opportunity to build and develop your own team and provides a genuine career trajectory into a group-level position. What you\’ll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in brand management and growth, with experience in launching and establishing new brands in competitive markets. A strong understanding of consumer behaviour, industry trends and data-driven decision-making are essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in strategic brand positioning, social media, pricing and packaging strategy, and sales optimisation. What you\’ll get in return In return, the company offers a competitive salary in the region of £60-80,000, along with a 15% bonus based on performance. You will also benefit from a Salary Sacrifice Pension, 25 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service), access to a benefits portal, and a Health Care Cash Plan. Additionally, you will work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week on-site.
