We are working with an established business based in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Finance Officer to join them on an initial 4 month contract. You will be responsible for:
- Regular monthly budget monitoring and analysis - revenue (salaries and non-pay) and capital.
- Regular reviews with budget holders to discuss position of budget.
- Cost reviews in service areas.
- Analysis of budgets and spend to identify efficiencies.
- Assistance in developing reporting mechanisms.
- Development of project specific budget monitoring.
- Reconciliations of reserves and budget movements.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of the duties above and be confident about hitting the ground running. You will also need to be available to start on either 7th or 14th July 2025.
