Kforce's client, a global publicly traded Manufacturing and Semiconductor Technologies Company, is seeking a Technical Accountant in Wilmington, Massachusetts (MA). This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, global organization that partners across various areas of finance. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two days a week and remote work three days a week.
Main Duties:
- Assist with technical accounting and financial reporting
- Handle complex accounting transactions such as revenue recognition, M&A, and GAAP compliance
- Support external auditors
- Prepare and review SEC filings
- Assist with SOX compliance
- Maintain GAAP standards and update policies and procedures
- Participate in system improvements and enhancements
- Contribute to other special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the listed responsibilities
- Relevant education or training is a plus
