The Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein – Imperial is offering three fully funded PhDs as part of the first Bezos Centre PhD cohort on Alternative Proteins (2025 entry). As alternative proteins — from plant-based to cultivated and fermentation-based — continue to evolve, these interdisciplinary projects explore how we can ensure this transition benefits both people and planet.
