Our ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be fully ACA/ACCA qualified
- Possess sound technical & professional knowledge
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a large client portfolio (e.g., fees in the range of £100k)
- Ability to develop business & be comfortable with networking
- Be experienced in reviewing accounts and working to performance targets
- Be commercially driven with an emphasis on providing quality advice & service to clients, with the ability to develop business and network comfortably
- Be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to easily build rapport with clients and the internal team
- Be competent in people management skills to enable successful coaching/mentoring of others
- Be highly organized to work in a methodical, time-efficient, and accurate way, working to the right first time
- Be confident in making decisions
- Act as a role model
- Be tech-savvy to be comfortable in a forward-thinking practice. Competency with IRIS & XERO is an advantage.
