Nestled in the heart of Stamford, this prestigious independent school caters for 6th form students and the newly built sports facilities. They create healthy nutritious breakfasts, lunch, and dinner as well as operate the retail cafe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Catering and Retail Manager to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.

Job Description

As a Catering and Retail Manager, your focus is to work closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and provide the best customer service. With excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, you will demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess enthusiasm.

  • Collaborate with the back of house team to develop well-balanced and nutritious menus catering to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable managerial setting.
  • Proficient in Business and Industry practices.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on leader, committed to nurturing team growth.
  • Outgoing and dynamic, with a genuine enthusiasm for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
  • Financially adept with advanced IT skills.
  • Innovative, creative, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
  • Keeping abreast of latest trends in the culinary world.
