UK-leading Pharmaceutical Client now requires a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of commercial sales training programmes. This role is focused on enhancing the capability and performance of field-based sales teams through structured, impactful learning initiatives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess training needs; design blended learning content and support major product launches.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver, and manage sales training programmes across field-based commercial teams
- Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to assess training requirements
- Develop blended learning content, including virtual modules, workshops, and coaching tools
- Support new product rollouts and market strategy shifts with targeted enablement plans
