Responsibilities

  • Provide general commercial and administrative support to the team
  • Manage monthly invoicing, accruals, prepayments, and financial schedules
  • Track and report on WIP and debt movements
  • Liaise with supply chain on invoicing and payment queries
  • Ensure invoice validation and payment in line with policy
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Support in KPI delivery and perform ad-hoc admin tasks

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with purchasing policies and fair payment practices
  • Understanding of contract administration in Scotland
