Responsibilities
- Provide general commercial and administrative support to the team
- Manage monthly invoicing, accruals, prepayments, and financial schedules
- Track and report on WIP and debt movements
- Liaise with supply chain on invoicing and payment queries
- Ensure invoice validation and payment in line with policy
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support in KPI delivery and perform ad-hoc admin tasks
