Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care for older adults? Would you like to be part of a supportive, innovative, and multidisciplinary team in a friendly teaching community hospital? We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Locum Consultant Geriatrician to join our expanding frailty and community services at Moseley Hall Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to shape services for older people across the hospital and wider community, while contributing to teaching, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
The Role
- You will provide senior clinical leadership to inpatient and/or community-based geriatric services, with opportunities to contribute to:
- Virtual wards and Urgent Community Care Response
- Teaching and mentorship of medical students and trainees
- Quality improvement and service innovation
What We're Looking For
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Entry on the Specialist Register in Geriatric Medicine (or within 6 months of CCT)
- A commitment to compassionate, collaborative care
- An interest in shaping the future of integrated geriatric services
