The predicted salary is between 30000 - 50000 £ per year.
This role will support the Programme Manager and Programme leads with strategic planning and forecasting for project delivery. Provide regular and timely reporting, analysis and monitoring to ensure projects are planned and effectively monitored to achieve programme objectives. This includes scoping project metrics, determining resources required for projects, developing realistic programme timelines and ensuring timely delivery and milestones for the programme of works.

ABOUT YOU
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Solid experience in workforce planning, forecasting, analysis, or a related field, in complex, multi-faceted, time-bound industries or critical services
- Intermediate understanding of financial and commercial activities
- Competent database/systems skills for creating, managing and reporting
- Problem solver – ability to plan, communicate and adapt complete task-based activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Makes solid and timely decisions
