The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit a Senior Talent Consultant to support the Talent Manager in designing and delivering high-quality talent management solutions. This includes attraction, identification, development, engagement, and deployment of talent to meet future workforce needs, balancing strategic and operational support for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Head of Talent as required.
- Support the Talent team in delivering the talent strategy, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent pools, succession planning, career management, and employee engagement.
- Lead the development and maintenance of policies, guidance, and procedures related to talent management.
- Implement talent strategies by providing advice and guidance to positively influence employee experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of processes, administration, and maintenance of relevant records.
- Manage talent activities such as attracting talent (employer branding), resourcing (recruitment and redeployment), and identifying talent (planning and succession).
