A prestigious EBC are expanding their highly successful Bulk Annuity team with a leading Senior hire, providing a clear and obtainable path to Partner. The established Pension Risk-Transfer team deals with transactions >£3bn in size, as well as those under £50m, providing innovative solutions to their clients - standard insurance transaction advice, capital-backed journey plans, superfund transfers.
This role is varied and may appeal to those at insurers given the opportunity to directly work with trustees, sponsors, members, data teams, legal teams, investment teams, and the varied monetary size of transactions.
The role:
- Lead the delivery of PRT projects for clients, developing bespoke solutions and efficiencies for even the most complex of transactions.
- Manage a portfolio of Clients and provider relationships.
- Develop marketing initiatives and sales strategy.
- Form new client/introducer relationships, bringing on new business opportunities for the company.
The individual:
- FIA/CFA, Scheme Actuary cert optional.
- Extensive Pension Risk-Transfer experience, gained at an insurer or consultancy.
- Experience successfully leading transactions.
- Commercial acumen and strong networking abilities.
- A driven, innovative and analytical character.
