Risk and Compliance Analyst

Are you passionate about risk management and regulatory compliance? We\’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a well-established medical insurance organisation and play a key role in maintaining strong governance and embedding a culture of risk awareness across the business.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer with regulatory and risk management activities
• Helping maintain and improve the Risk Management Framework
• Monitoring and responding to risk events
• Carrying out internal audits and compliance reviews
• Providing clear, practical advice on governance and policy
• Preparing reports and analysing management information (MI)

What you\’ll bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Previous experience in a regulated environment (financial services, insurance, banking, etc.) is ideal
