The predicted salary is between 140000 - 210000 £ per year.

We are looking for a commercially and operationally focused CFO to join the Executive Leadership Team of a high-growth professional services (creative). Supporting the CEO and Private Equity Partners, the CFO will play a pivotal role in setting and delivering an ambitious growth plan. This is a newly backed platform investment for a buy and build and we are looking for someone who can acquire and integrate at speed.

Role deliverables:

  • Work with the main board and investors to execute group financial, commercial and operational growth strategies.
  • Create a best-in-class finance function, with an emphasis on accurate reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management.
  • Maximise value via robust commercial analytics; pricing management; and margin improvement strategies.
  • Act as an agent for positive change, promoting efficiency, consistency and collaboration.

Previous experience:

  • Experienced PE CFO who has seen multiple high-growth scenarios.
  • Background in M&A/Buy & Build – including integration.
  • Creative services experience (ideally).
  • Track record of delivering value, via strategic and commercial initiatives.
  • Significant external stakeholder management experience (customers, investors etc).
  • Demonstrates technical competence in working capital management; financial reporting; controls, systems and tax planning.
  • Hands-on business partner, providing high quality decision support data.
  • Creates and motivates high performing teams.

Salary c£175k plus bonus and generous equity.
