This opportunity is working on developments in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. The Customer Service Operative is responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks during the warranty period and maintaining a 5-star customer service. Job role: Customer Service Operative / Multi Trade Operative Location: Wiltshire & surrounding areas Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 (dependant on experience) + van & fuel card Customer Service Operative Responsibilities: Ensuring maintenance works are completed to the highest standard. Liaising with Customer Service Coordinator's to update status of works. To complete stock unit inspections. Customer Service Operative Skills/Experience: Proven experience in a similar role for a residential developer. Excellent communication skills.
