This exciting customer-facing role assisting the Senior Operations Manager aims to develop, manage & build relationships with our most important customers – our drivers. In this role, you will ensure that drivers using the FREENOW platform are offering the best quality of service possible by identifying, proposing new ideas and actioning a variety of driver behaviours. You will strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREE NOW App, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers.

This role is hybrid, minimum 3 days per week from our office in London and has a duration of 12 months, starting on July 15th.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Being the first point of contact for drivers and delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers through calls and face to face visits.
• Onboarding drivers, including ones with zero emission vehicles, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face service.
• Driver Outreach, meeting our drivers where they are on the streets of London! Gaining feedback to improve engagement and ensure FREENOW’s presence is noticed by the London community of Black Cab drivers.
• Collaborating across departments to generate interest FREENOW strategy amongst our existing driver base.
• Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns
• Supporting in additional projects including follow up of driver quality, engagement and acquisition, deployment of on car advertisement, driver app improvement & bug reporting, testing and competitor research & market share analysis.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 6 months or 1 year experience in an operational or customer facing role. Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a bonus.
• You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together.
• A passion for leveraging AI tools and identifying automation opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver smarter operational solutions.
• Excellent customer service & organisational skills, eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, personable, confident and able to deal with an array of different characters and tailor your communication accordingly.
• Naturally outgoing and highly engaging, with the ability to energise others, build rapport quickly, and create a positive experience for both colleagues and customers.
• Being comfortable working with datasets & making data driven decisions.
• Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills.
