As an Operations Specialist at Kenyon International Emergency Services, you will play a vital role in both day-to-day operations and emergency response efforts for over 600 of the world’s leading companies. Your work will involve managing complex logistics and supporting crisis activations to ensure clients receive swift, professional assistance. This role is central to our Operations Department, focusing on the readiness and delivery of critical equipment, facilities, and services globally. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds such as business operations, logistics, compliance, or emergency services.

You Will:
- Ensure readiness of Kenyon’s global equipment, facilities, and resources for deployment
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory reporting
- Build and organise response kits (PPE, mortuary, first aid, admin, family assistance supplies)
- Support health and safety activities, including fire checks and evacuation drills
- Identify, assess, and pre-contract suppliers to enhance supply chain
- Recommend new technical equipment for incident response (e.g., GPS, radios, satellite phones)
- Maintain and update SOPs reflecting operational, commercial, and environmental changes
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, logistics, reporting, database maintenance, and task tracking
- Act as Deputy Crisis Management Centre (CMC) Manager when required
- Deploy in crisis roles supporting clients during incidents, including supervising teams and travel
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Family Assistance Law
- Identify and support process improvements and promote a Quality Management culture
- Assist in external ISO9001 audits for system compliance
- Attend client meetings and site visits, supporting commercial efforts through presentations and tours
About You:
- You are comfortable working in various environments—offices, warehouses, or disaster sites
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally, often for weeks during deployments
- Available on a 24/7 basis for incident response, requiring flexibility
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and task focus
- Team-oriented, especially in response and deployment scenarios
- Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
Desirable but not essential:
- Qualifications or ongoing professional development in emergency response, disaster management, or crisis intervention
- Knowledge of logistical functions during emergency activations, such as travel and cargo arrangements
