Develops and delivers Customer Success enablement program content per the definition and requirements of the enablement strategy. Covers all CS roles. Connects with Sales Enablement, Segment Hubs and field SMEs to source content/build as required. Delivers training courses as needed. Used Skillbase competencies to drive content definition and build and links content to skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Content Developers to curate and/or build professional skills content
- Deliver Customer Success onboarding workshops and other training as required
- Work with CS Enablement Director to develop and execute Customer Success specific enablement programming such as product knowledge, value management, OCM, etc
- Act as instructional design expert in the development and delivery of enablement products
- Stay up to date on instructional design trends and best practices and integrate them into CS enablement
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of enablement planning and program management experience in a technical enablement team
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or similar
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams
- Understanding of how technical resources learn
- Ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
