Job Title: Team Leader Location: Northampton (NN7) area Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Day Shifts (06:00 – 18:00) Pay Rate: £14.87 per hour (£13.87 + £1.00 Team Leader supplement) About The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a dedicated workforce in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of performance across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to achieve operational targets and maintain productivity. Monitor performance and provide support, coaching, and development for team members. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed. Communicate effectively with management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. Handle any issues or challenges professionally to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous leadership experience in a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving environment. A proactive and adaptable approach to team management.
