- At least two years\’ experience in a communications and/or public affairs consultancy
- Strong interest in politics and an academic background in humanities
- Ambitious, hard-working, proactive, and a strategic thinker
- Media relations – ability to build a network of key political journalists
- Gravitas to build influential relationships with community stakeholders, political stakeholders, and clients
- New business acumen
- Strong analytical, written, and research skills – this firm has a flat structure and everyone is hands-on with content
