About The Role
As an EA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, administrative, and office support to the team. You will ensure that all aspects of private arrangements are efficiently and discretely handled, with a primary focus on the running of the day to day at Windsor. You will assist with internal and external enquiries and will draft appropriate correspondence in response.
The Role Includes:
- Working to support a family office, with elements of office management;
- Booking and preparing rooms for meetings, arranging refreshments for guests, liaising with other staff as appropriate;
- Providing support to the Official Team with preparation for visits and events;
- Managing the office supplies for both the Household offices and restocking, taking accurate and regular inventories, taking proactive steps in limiting waste;
- Managing all filing generated, including the archiving of emails;
- Monitoring incoming correspondence and emails for the office, bringing to attention urgent and/or sensitive matters that need special attention, while ensuring that all correspondence is traceable and efficiently filed within the organisation's systems, both in electronic and hard copy.
