Job Summary

This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of OSP templates, through the compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages.

Your Responsibilities

  • Capture accurate statistics for compensation in a timely manner.
  • Obtain the handover manifests and share via DocuSign with OSPs through to sign off and filing on server.
  • Capture the daily vehicle appearance audits on templates and challenge any discrepancies.
  • Pull the necessary GTS, OACD reports and confirm pallet counts with centre for the validation of daily statistics.
  • Pull necessary OFST and SEAS reporting to ensure all penalties are applied to templates and challenge any non-application of penalties.
  • Coordinate with centre Cashier to add or adjust COD monies to template.
  • Direct communication with Business Managers throughout the UK.
  • Resolve template discrepancies with OSPs.
  • Holiday and sickness cover within pool of coordinators.
  • Support with tasks not limited to accruals and audits but will include other tasks in the department.

Your Skills

  • Attention to detail when keying and validating data.
  • Persistence and influence to maintain conformity across the templates through good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organization and experience with MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience of UPS Operations programs including, but not limited to, GTS, OACD, SEAS, OFST, OCM.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
  • 2+ years' office warehouse support experience - Preferred.
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and rapid data entry.
