We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Customer Experience Consultant to join a leading technology consultancy in London. You’ll help shape and deliver customer-first strategies that drive measurable impact playing a key role in transforming how businesses connect with their customers, using insight, creativity, and strategic thinking to power change.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Strategist, you’ll help clients unlock the full potential of their customer data, guiding them through CX strategy development, campaign planning, and transformation roadmaps. You'll work alongside internal experts across analytics, UX, and marketing technology to deliver seamless, insight-driven customer experiences. This role reports into a Principal Consultant and will give you exposure to high-profile projects and senior stakeholders from day one. You’ll be involved in strategic planning, proposition development, and growing long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the creation of customer strategies that span the full lifecycle — from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
  • Design customer journeys and contact strategies for multi-channel environments.
  • Use data and behavioural insight to shape strategies that drive performance.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders, influencing key decisions and guiding long-term transformation.
  • Collaborate with client services teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Support new business pitches and help evolve the wider CX proposition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background within similar customer experience / CX role preferably from within a consultancy.
  • Strong background in omni-channel customer journey mapping and contact planning.
  • Confident working with data and insight to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Skilled in building and managing senior client relationships.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with marketing tech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Braze).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a sharp commercial mindset.
