Your RoleThe Arbitrum Foundation is searching for a dynamic and experienced Social Marketer to lead our social media strategy and amplify our voice in the everâevolving Web3 landscape. As Arbitrum products, partners, and ecosystem continue to scale Ethereum, you\âll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and fostering a passionate community around our innovative technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Web3, social media, and possess excellent leadership and interdepartmental skills to drive successful campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Craft compelling content that resonates with developers, users, and the broader Web3 community
Put together paid and unpaid media mix to drive engagements, user acquisition, and advocacy
Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution using creative resources
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate closely with other marketing and partnership teams to ensure brand consistency
Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
What You\âll Need
7+ years in social marketing, with a proven track record of scaling engaged communities within the EVM ecosystem, particularly across Layer2 networks
Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution
Deep understanding and passion of the Web3 space and the Arbitrum\âs target audience
Strong track record of building and engaging online communities with paid and organic content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Handsâon experience in content creation (video, graphics, written content) to support campaigns
A dataâdriven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
