EVENTS COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Events Coordinator to join a busy and successful Marketing team. The Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal events and support on a large external event. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team with the planning, executing and attending a large corporate event
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and entertainment options
• Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
• Develop and maintain event time lines and schedules.
• Communicate event details and logistics to attendees and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and other metrics.

This role requires someone with previous events experience and who is available immediately.
