Personal Lines – Account Executive

As an account executive, you will manage a book of business, playing a critical role in growing, retaining, and servicing clients\’ insurance needs. Your market insights and recommendations will contribute to high client retention.

You will be the first point of contact for claims, renewals, and advising clients on policies suited to their lifestyles, needs, and budgets. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships are essential. You should have extensive knowledge of the insurance market and how to adapt to client needs.

About the candidate:

  • Experience in house insurance

  • Strong understanding of the insurance market and negotiation skills with insurers

  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service and build relationships by understanding client needs and circumstances

  • Ability to assess client risks and develop tailored insurance solutions providing adequate coverage at competitive prices

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work with third parties such as underwriters, claims handlers, and loss adjusters on behalf of clients
