Finance Analyst, International FP&A (Finance Transformation)

Summary:We are working with a global fintech organisation who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join its International Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in London. This newly created position will play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives, developing dynamic models, and working across international business units. The role offers exposure to high-impact projects including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Candidates should bring strong financial modelling skills and experience within multinational environments.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and long-term planning. Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate the impact of key business decisions. Collaborate with international teams and departments on budgeting, forecasting, and rate reporting. Analyse performance variances and provide clear commentary on trends. Support cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency. Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and the creation of dynamic reporting tools.Ideal Candidate:Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or holds an MBA with relevant finance experience. Proven background in FP&A, financial modelling, or business partnering, ideally in multinational contexts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems like Workday ERP or Adaptive Planning. Demonstrates initiative, works independently, and meets tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across functions and cultures.
