Bury College Education Trust are seeking to appoint a positive and energetic Engagement Lead to work at Park View Primary School. - Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a committed team player that displays incredibly strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Understand the barriers to learning that children may face, including behavioural, emotional, and social challenges.
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider pastoral and academic team in the BCET community.
- Have strong organisational and technical skills with the ability to manage, multi-task and prioritise.
You will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils and other adults.
- The ability to work with pupils on a one to one, small groups and whole class.

- Term time only - 35 hours per week 8:30am - 4:00pm with a half hour lunch.
