Your Role in Our Mission
Working as the project lead on Flexible Benefit renewal and migration projects, you will provide project management and benefits, reward or administration consultancy to the clients and support to the client delivery team. You will take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of all services within the project except for detailed client communication deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage employee benefits schemes: Manage the project, in line with Edenred project methodology, including project initiation meeting/call, identification and documentation of project scope and objectives, creation of project plan and project toolkit, project progress calls, update of actions, decisions log and testing.
- Guide clients through the renewal or migration of their flexible benefits, and/or online total reward Implementation, providing guidance on client admin processes, admin process, benefit provider admin processes, Edenred/Reward Gateway system solution, Edenred/Reward Gateway products and services.
- Manage the scope of all projects to ensure we deliver what is in scope and no more, and where the client requires additional items apply change control processes to agree impact of timeline and fees.
- Identification, specification and documentation of all data interfaces including payroll and benefit providers.
- Facilitate a review and encourage feedback, then document all processes as they relate to the provision of Edenred/Reward Gateway services.
- Manage all acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the agreed design.
- Prepare an end-of-project debrief and ensure a project closure call takes place and feedback is provided.
- Oversee the client communications and ensure the Comms team deliver as per the agreed timescales.
- Work with the account management teams and key account management teams to build and maintain a strong relationship with the client contacts during the project, and then hand over the client to the appropriate team, after completing the necessary briefing, once the project has finished.
- If ad hoc project requirements are identified, the scope, delivery dates and resources should be defined, and a change control drafted to enable the account manager to obtain agreement from clients before proceeding with work.

- Excellent project management skills and experience in managing relevant projects.
- Strong in client-facing consultancy activity.
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner with a commitment to quality and customer service.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
