Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award winning Mixed Use Developer who are looking to expand their existing team and recruit an additional Project Architect. The business has developed an enviable reputation for consistently delivering high end, complex and design led projects across the South East. They have recently won several new residential projects and as a consequence, they are looking for a Project Architect who is capable of helping to manage the project from inception to completion, managing internal and external design teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and in line with the agreed targets.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical advice to the business and act as a focal point for all technical design related matters on the development.
- Reviewing the work from external architectural practices to ensure they meet the agreed brief.
- Appoint and manage a range of external consultants, managing their performance to ensure that they deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Drive innovative and cost effective solutions into the design.
- Provide design solutions to the build team during the production process to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
