Shireland Technology Primary is a two form entry Primary school aiming to provide an excellent catering service and the best school dinner experience for our pupils. We want to ensure that at all times, a happy and safe environment is provided; that our pupils get the most out of their experiences with us both inside and outside the classroom.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the supervision of children at lunch time, as well as overseeing playground duty and wet play. They will be a committed and enthusiastic individual, keen to make an impact on the lives of our children. They will be able to work as part of a collaborative team and also take initiative where necessary. They need to be excellent communicators to help ensure that our catering operation is organised and successful.
Main Duties:- Supervise and control students in the dining areas, within the school and in the playground areas
- Deal with incidents of behaviour according to the school policy
- Assist in the preparation and tidying up of supervised areas
- Promote good behaviour, polite table manners and social skills within the dining area and around school
