The Role
Scindo is looking for a highly driven and talented molecular biologist to work on an exciting project at the forefront of biomanufacturing, based in Scindo\’s lab in central London. The position will be responsible for designing and generating gene libraries, protein expression, as well as coming up with innovative solutions for high throughput techniques and methodology.
The candidate must have an exceptional academic background in biology with strong data analytics and ability in routine techniques (PCR / cloning / expression / fermentation / pathway engineering).
Essential Criteria
· PhD in a biology / biochemistry related subject.
· Experience in high through put cloning techniques.
· Experience in pathway engineering.
· Experience in enzyme / protein expression.
· Experience in project planning, budgeting, and writing proposals.
· Strong communicator and team player.
