Robot Weld Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Robot Weld Programmer/operator to join our team based at Blackwater. As a Robot Weld Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding machines to produce a variety of fabricated components. Key Responsibilities: Programme, operate and maintain robotic welding machines Inspect and ensure weld quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and processes Train and assist other operators in robotic welding Test and validate robot programmes to ensure proper functionality and performance Identify and resolve programming issues. Requirements: Previous experience in robotic welding or a related field. 2+ years MIG experience (a weld test will be carried out on interview). Experience working with various thickness materials. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. The ability to hit deadlines and achieve daily production schedules. Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and be physically able to cope with typical factory duties including manual handling loads. Ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist with other duties as and when required.
