Key Responsibilities:
- Footwear Designer - Own design and development of outlet, casual sandals, menβs, and city-smart footwear.
- Collaborate closely with Buying team and present seasonal ranges.
- Ensure designs align with trend direction, brand DNA, and commercial strategy.
- Deliver trend-led, high-quality designs from concept to completion.
- Manage tech packs, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to product development.
- Analyse sales data to support bestsellers and identify commercial opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in retail footwear design.
- Skills: Strong Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and Photoshop.
- Footwear construction and materials knowledge.
