Join our team at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Opening as a Warner in 2024, this beautiful hotel on the River Thames near Windsor offers award-winning spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time & Part Time Hotel Admin Manager at Warner Hotels.

What will I be doing?

The Hotel Administration Manager will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team within the hotel to ensure that systems and procedures used to manage the hotel team’s employee life cycle. The role will also include ensuring hotel financial reporting and controls are adhered to and completed in an accurate and timely manner.

What are we looking for?

  • A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
  • A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on all systems for both Finance and HR.
  • Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
  • Ability to train and coach the managers in HR matters onsite.

What skills do I need?

  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant or similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Level 3 CIPD preferred but not essential.
