Motor Vehicle Technician | Kidderminster

We are looking to recruit an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician/Mechanic for our Ford Franchised Dealership at Worcester Road, Kidderminster. An MOT tester licence would be ideal but not essential. We are willing to cover the cost of achieving MOT tester status for those wishing to undertake it. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working in a Franchised Dealer or Independent Garage/Repair Centre. Competent in the service and repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards. Hold a Full UK driving licence. Be a committed individual and a good team player. Able to produce high-quality work in a busy environment and motivated to work towards team targets. Training and Benefits: Ford training will be provided, with ongoing career progression investment. Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis. 22 days holiday per annum (+ Bank holidays), rising to 24 days + B/Hols based on length of service.
