Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key retail clients. You will focus on client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI, cloud, and data analytics solutions to retail businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with retail clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Axpe’s IT solutions (AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing retail clients.
- Project Oversight: Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with the technical and sales teams.

- Contract Renewals: Lead negotiations for contract renewals, ensuring long-term client relationships.
