A small but growing IT consultancy is hiring for a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Marketing Manager based near Dorking, Surrey. This newly created standalone role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the company’s marketing function. The role is 20 hours per week and offers flexibility in how the hours are structured, with a blend of remote work and on-site presence. As the sole marketing professional in the business, this generalist role will suit someone who thrives on both strategy and execution. Experience in the IT sector—whether in software, hardware, services, or consultancy—is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content and copywriting for digital and offline channels
  • Oversee the company website and social media presence
  • Execute SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns
  • Drive brand consistency across communications
  • Organise events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Produce marketing collateral including newsletters, press releases, brochures, presentations, and sales materials
Requirements:
  • Strong all-round marketing experience, ideally within the tech sector
  • Ability to operate independently and contribute strategically
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Full UK driving license and access to own transport (site is not accessible by public transport)
