Join our innovative team as a Lab Technician, where you’ll play a key role in driving product and process improvements. Reporting to the Section Leader, you’ll take on exciting projects, providing valuable recommendations that shape our cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation phase: Performing preparatory tasks after consultation with the direct supervisor in such a way that the project at hand is prepared almost autonomously.
- Execution phase of a development, maintenance or service activity.
- Completing with the supervisor tasks/deliverables related to product development, product maintenance, sales and production support.
- Contribute to improvements in the fields of working methods and efficiency.
- Completion phase of a development, maintenance or service-activity: Closing of activity in such a way that the goals of the original request are met.
- Communicate results by means of concept report and formulation administration.
- Collect relevant information by studying the background/technical principles and consulting with colleagues and (internal) customers.
- Maintains and enhances knowledge and contributes to knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- A Levels or BSc in Chemistry.
- Laboratory experience.
