Key Responsibilities for Battery Performance Engineer Role: Developing and implementing Systems Modelling & Simulations Testing batteries\’ performance with MatLab software Designing and testing advanced battery cell technologies Conceptualizing new concepts for high voltage (HV) battery system Qualifications / Requirements for Battery Performance Engineer Role: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related field. Proven experience working on complex projects relating to energy storage devices. Experience in data analysis in MATLAB. Experience in systems modelling and simulations. Familiarity with HV battery systems. Familiarity with battery cell technologies. Good communication skills, with written/oral English proficiency considered mandatory.
